Terms and conditions

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through all distribution channels of Glove Tec GmbH, including the online shop. Our online shop is exclusively directed at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that acts within the scope of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Glove Tec GmbH. The presentation of products in the online shop, catalogs, and technical drawings does not constitute a legally binding offer. Product deviations in quality, fit, and color are possible, provided they serve to improve product quality or are unavoidable due to production reasons. Unless the customer submits a revocation within fourteen days of receiving the order confirmation, the order confirmation is deemed accepted. Verbal side agreements require written confirmation by Glove Tec GmbH to be valid.

2.1 Online Shop
In the online shop, products can be placed in the shopping cart without obligation, and the input can be reviewed and corrected before submitting the order. By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding order for the items in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately via email.

2.2 Resellers
The stated RRPs are recommended retail prices. Resellers are not authorized to conclude contracts for the delivery of goods with binding effect for Glove Tec GmbH. Resale is only permitted within the framework agreed upon with Glove Tec GmbH. Resellers are obligated not to disclose purchase prices to third parties.

3. Delivery Time and Conditions
In-stock items are generally delivered within 2–5 working days. Orders received by 12:00 PM are shipped on the same working day. Unless a binding delivery date has been agreed upon, all delivery dates are non-binding. In cases of force majeure or unforeseen operational disruptions that make delivery impossible (e.g., labor disputes, official orders), the delivery period is extended by the duration of the disruption. If the disruption lasts longer than five weeks and the customer is not informed in a timely manner, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. Claims for damages in such cases are excluded.

4. Prices and Payment
The prices stated in the online shop are final prices in CHF, including the applicable statutory value-added tax, plus shipping costs. The prices valid at the time of the order apply. Payment is made at the customer’s choice via credit card, prepayment, or invoice, provided these payment options are offered in the online shop.

5. Warranty
Complaints must be reported to Glove Tec GmbH in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods. For hidden defects, the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. Common trade-related deviations in quality, color, fit, or design, as well as minor technical variations, do not constitute defects and do not entitle the customer to warranty claims. Defect-free replacement deliveries are made promptly if repair or replacement of the goods is not possible. If a defect-free delivery is not made within a reasonable period, the purchase price for the defective products will be refunded by agreement.

6. Retention of Title
Glove Tec GmbH retains ownership of the delivered goods until the purchase price has been paid in full. Glove Tec GmbH reserves ownership and copyright for all documents provided in connection with the order, such as drawings and calculations. These documents may not be disclosed to third parties without the written consent of Glove Tec GmbH.

7. Returns, Revocation, and Exchange

7.1 Right of Revocation (Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract)
Customers have the right to revoke their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The revocation must be registered in a timely manner via the return portal. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the revocation notice and return the goods on time.

7.2 Conditions for Returns and Revocation
A return or revocation is only possible if the following conditions are met:

• The items are in perfect, unused, and unworn condition.
• They are returned in their original packaging.
• Labels (e.g., hangtags) and all accessories are included in full.
• The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

7.3 Exclusions from Returns/Revocation
The following products are excluded from the right of return:

• SALE/discounted items.
• Items that are no longer in their original condition.
• Returns after the 14-day period has expired.
• Hygiene articles or underwear that have been opened or tried on.

Non-returnable items will be sent back to the customer at their expense after inspection.

7.4 Return Process
Returns are processed exclusively through our return portal:

• Log in with the email address and order number.
• Select the items to be returned.
• Receive the return label and further instructions via email. Ship the package to the specified return address.

7.5 Exchange
Direct exchanges are not possible. If a different item or size is desired, the original item must be returned as per the standard process. A new order can then be placed.

7.6 Incorrect Delivery or Defects
If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, this can be reported via the return portal. Please select the “Defective” or “Incorrect Item” option, provide a description, and upload a photo. In such cases, we cover the return shipping costs.

7.7 Refund
After successful inspection of the return, the refund will be processed within 5 working days to the payment method used for the purchase. If the order was (partially) paid with a DOGGER voucher, the refund will be credited proportionally to the same voucher code.

8. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC and all legal relationships between Glove Tec GmbH and the customer are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Bern.
