What does my warranty cover – and how long is it valid?
The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of receipt and covers material and manufacturing defects – for example, faulty zippers, defective seams, or damaged components not caused by normal use.
Depending on the case, we will repair the item free of charge, replace it (if the same item is still available), or issue a credit.
Does the warranty also cover normal wear and tear or signs of use?
No, normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. No matter how well you take care of your product, over time, natural signs of use will appear, such as:
- worn zippers
- frayed fabrics or faded colors
- reduced waterproofing in jackets, e.g. due to washed-out coatings or damaged seam taping
If you're unsure whether your issue is covered, feel free to contact our customer service – we’ll be happy to take a look at your case.
How do I know if my item is a warranty case?
If you're not sure whether a defect is covered by our warranty, feel free to contact our customer service via our returns portal or by email.
Send us a brief description along with a photo – and include your order number or proof of purchase. We'll review your case promptly and let you know how we can assist you.
What if my product is already defective upon delivery?
That should, of course, never happen – a defective item does not meet our quality standards.
If you’ve received a faulty product, you can easily report it through our returns portal. Select the appropriate option ("Defective"), briefly describe the issue, and upload a photo. Your return will be free of charge in this case.
You can find a step-by-step guide in our FAQ section (Returns & Refunds).
Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it and refund the amount to your original payment method – usually within 5 business days.
If you have any questions or need urgent assistance, our customer service team will be happy to help.
